- Ensure ongoing optimization and structural alignment
- Work with leadership and management to set a unified direction
- Proactively collaborate with partners across the region
- Establish strong partnerships across matrixed functions
- 15+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- Experience with subscription based models and System Integrators
- Strong sales experience in high growth organizations
- Ability to foresee and rapidly respond to market changes
- Graduate degree required, Post graduate degree preferred
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business and analytical acumen
