Provide strategic direction for construction & project development

Oversee planning, execution & delivery within time, cost & quality standards

Lead budgets, forecasts & resource planning

Build & mentor a high-performing projects team

Ensure compliance with safety, legal & industry standards

Foster strong contractor/vendor relationships

Drive Value Engineering, Cost Optimization & LEED Compliance

Manage end-to-end construction activities & contracts

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualification: BE (Civil Engineering) / MBA

Experience: 15+ years in project management & construction leadership

Expertise in:

  • Strategic Thinking
  • Financial Acumen
  • Risk Management
  • Negotiation & Interpersonal Skills
  • Proven track record in luxury hospitality / real estate large-scale projects
  • Strong leadership & team development skills
