About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our growing team.
- This is an immediate hiring need, and candidates located in the Delhi-NCR region are strongly preferred.
- In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading the successful delivery of complex, multi-technology projects within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- You will leverage your expertise in project management methodologies, strong technical understanding, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget, and exceed client Manage the full project lifecycle for large-scale IT projects, from concept to delivery, utilizing Agile methodologies.
- Oversee the work of software development teams (5-6 members), ensuring tasks are aligned with project goals and deadlines are met.
- Define project KPIs and metrics to track progress, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) like Drupal, WordPress, Salesforce, or Java-based systems.
- Manage multi-technology projects, effectively coordinating change requests and service requests within a multi-skilled engineering environment.
- Deliver enterprise-scale technology projects in areas.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal IT teams to implement cloud technologies.
- Demonstrate a mastery of project management methodologies, tools, and templates (program/project planning, schedule development, scope management, cost management).
- Maintain a strong customer focus, fostering open communication, trust, and delivering on project promises.
- Thrive in a highly matrixed and multi-functional IT organization.
- Manage one or more complex projects simultaneously with a focus on personal accountability for delivering to time and budget constraints.
- Possess a strong IT background with experience across all phases of the systems development.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in a corporate IT environment, with a minimum of 6 years of project management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex projects within the professional services industry (a plus).
- Experience working with technologies.
- Mastery of Agile methodologies (e.g,, Scrum) and industry-standard project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Strong understanding and experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like Drupal, WordPress, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience working in a multi-vendor environment and managing relationships with third-party vendors.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
