The ideal candidate should have a background in product-based companies and be capable of driving technical initiatives, mentoring team members, and ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Analyze, design, and implement new product features.- Develop automated unit and integration tests.- Maintain and enhance development tools, frameworks, and processes.- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues across different modules.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.- Support field engineers and non-developer teams in issue resolution.- Actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and process improvements.- Lead by example in enforcing best practices for coding, testing, and documentation.Must-Have Qualifications : - 5 - 7 years of professional experience in software engineering.- Minimum 5 years of strong C# development expertise.- Hands-on experience with Git or other version control systems.- Strong understanding of UML models with ability to create and interpret them.- Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) - requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.- Current or prior experience in a product-based company.Good to Have (Preferred Skills) :- Exposure to image processing, automation, or robotics.- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance applications.- Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.- Strong analytical and problem-solving Skills :- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.- Ability to work independently within a small, agile team.- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to take ownership of deliverables.
