Role OverviewThe Customer Care Executive will be the first point of contact for our customers. This role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, guiding customers through purchases, and ensuring a delightful post-purchase experience. The executive will represent Bawse Baby’s voice and values, ensuring every customer feels supported and valued.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and manage customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Provide detailed information about products, sizing, fabric, and usage.
- Handle order-related queries: order status, returns, exchanges, and delivery updates.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and with empathy.
- Assist in order confirmations and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM with accurate details.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth dispatches.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service.
- Promote customer loyalty by providing personalized support and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Patient, empathetic, and customer-first approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business).
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, is an added advantage.
