We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Technical Lead to join our engineering team and provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a strong focus on architecture, scalability, and mentoring.

This role requires hands-on coding ability along with the leadership skills to guide a team of developers, ensure high-quality delivery, and drive technical excellence.

As a Full Stack Technical Lead, you will be responsible for defining the technical vision, establishing best practices, and ensuring our solutions are robust, scalable, and secure.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web and mobile applications across the full technology stack.

- Define and maintain coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for the development team.

- Provide hands-on technical expertise in building front-end applications (React, Angular, or similar) and back-end services (Node.js, Java, .NET, or similar).

- Guide the team in API design, database architecture, and system integrations, ensuring efficient communication between components.

- Mentor and coach developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.

- Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables through testing and automation practices.

- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize scalability and resilience.

- Ensure security standards, compliance requirements, and data protection guidelines are met across all projects.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively recommending adoption to improve development efficiency and product innovation.

- Work closely with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud infrastructure management.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 23 years in a technical lead or senior engineering role.

- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Strong expertise in back-end development with Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or similar technologies.

- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.

- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage technical teams while remaining hands-on in development.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in designing distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

- Knowledge of security best practices, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SSO).

- Familiarity with serverless computing and API gateways.

- Exposure to mobile development (iOS/Android) or hybrid frameworks like React Native/Flutter
