Job Overview:

As an Admin and Founder's Office Associate, you will work directly with the founders, assisting them in managing day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and project execution. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, growing business. This position requires someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements for founders.
  • Operational Support: Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks to ensure the business runs smoothly.
  • Project Management: Support founders in managing key projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution of tasks.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between founders, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Data and Documentation: Maintain and organize company documents, reports, and presentations for internal and client-facing purposes.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing improvements in administrative and operational processes.
  • HR Support: Assist in onboarding new hires, managing talent, and coordinating between internal departments and offshore teams.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize company events, meetings, and other important engagements.
  • Confidential Handling: Maintain confidentiality in all sensitive business matters.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, operations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operational, or project management role, preferably in real estate, staffing, or related industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with founders and high-level executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Prior experience working with international/offshore teams is a plus
