IAM Engineer

About Position:As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer, need to be part of the Infrastructure Security Team and manage incoming IAM requests from our customers. Help create and implement least-privilege-based IAM solutions to meet the project and access requirements of the business.- Role: IAM Engineer - Location: Bangalore - Experience: 5 to 8 years - Job Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:- As an IAM engineer need to manage day to day activities such as incident and problem management, deployment of new releases, troubleshooting issues, providing support during operational tests, and building monitoring infrastructure in an IAM environment. - Need to collaborate with the development team to implement new flows by configuring the Enterprise security platform, perform pen testing and follow-through on the technical support of IAM platform and its companion components. - Need to implement and create automated systems which reduce the operational load for incoming requests while retaining principles of least privilege and reducing the request and response time for necessary changes. - Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field Total of 2+ years of experience in IAM domain, including at least 1years in IAM tool like OIM, SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock, or any similar solutions. - Candidate should have good understanding of Enterprise Security domain and operations. - Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices In-depth knowledge of IGA solutions and capabilities, including access reviews, role definition, role mining, RBAC Experience with IAM and/or IGA Operational tasks. - Experience with integration of IGA solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, and other identity sources.Expertise You'll Bring:- Experience in monitoring, searching, analyzing, and visualizing the machine-generated data in real time (e.g., Splunk) Experience with user audit access. - Proven ability to work hands-on on design, development and implementation of IAM software components. - Experience in a support or operations role is advantageous. - Candidates should have excellent communication skills, should be self-driven and self-motivated.
