You will also lead or support project activities such as upgrades, patch rollouts, system migrations, and implementing security policies—requiring a blend oftechnical expertise and project management capabilities .️ Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and manageWindows Server 2016/2019/2022 Administer and troubleshootActive Directory ,Group Policy ,DNS , andDHCP Performpatch management ,system monitoring , andperformance tuning Managedisaster recovery plans ,data backups , andsystem security protocols Automate administrative tasks usingPowerShell scripting Coordinateserver upgrades ,security hardening , andinfrastructure rollouts Collaborate with network, cloud, and DevOps teams for project execution Maintain documentation for configurations, change logs, and incident resolutions Applybasic project management skills(task planning, stakeholder communication, scheduling) Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and audit requirements✔ Mandatory Skills 5–8 years of hands-on experience inWindows Server Administration Strong experience inActive Directory ,Group Policy , DNS/DHCP Proficiency inPowerShellscripting for automation Experience in patch management, system upgrades, and backup solutions Knowledge ofVMwareorHyper-Vfor virtualization Understanding ofITIL , service desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and change management Strong communication and incident documentation skillsPreferred Skills Microsoft certifications ( MCSA ,MCSE ,Azure Administrator Associate ) Experience withAzure AD ,Office 365 , hybrid cloud environments Exposure tosecurity and compliancestandards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) Familiarity with project/task tracking tools likeJira ,MS Project , or ConfluenceSoft Skills Strong problem-solving skills and root cause analysis capabilities Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time under pressure Independent and self-motivated approach to resolving issues Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholdersImportant Note (Please Read Before Applying) Do NOT apply if: You haveless than 5 years or more than 8 yearsof total Windows Admin experience You arenot available to join immediatelyor are on anotice period longer than 15 days You are from anon-Windows infrastructure background(e.g., only Linux, Desktop support, Java development) You are looking for afully remoteposition only (Work mode is hybrid as per project location)✅Apply ONLY if you meet ALL the criteria above.
