We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fixed Income Operations Associate to join our asset management operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of experience in financial operations. The successful candidate will support operational functions for fixed income securities across various products, gaining exposure to trade processing, reconciliation, data management, and regulatory compliance.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Trade Support & Execution

- Assist in trade lifecycle activities, including trade capture, confirmation, and settlement for fixed income securities.

- Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades.

- Help resolve trade discrepancies to ensure smooth transaction flow.

2. Daily Reconciliation & Reporting

- Perform daily reconciliation of cash and securities positions across multiple accounts and platforms.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

- Assist in preparing daily and periodic reports on cash balances, positions, and trade status.

3. Corporate Actions Processing

- Monitor and process corporate actions for fixed income securities, including bond maturities, coupon payments, and redemptions.

- Ensure accurate allocation of corporate action events and provide updates to relevant teams.

4. Data Management & System Updates

- Support data integrity by maintaining up-to-date trade and client data across systems.

- Assist in implementing system updates to improve workflow efficiency and data accuracy.

5. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

- Support adherence to regulatory requirements for AIF, PMS, and RIA operations.

- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory filings.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

6. Learning & Process Improvement

- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of fixed income securities and asset management processes.

- Contribute to process improvements and support automation initiatives to streamline operations.
