Role OverviewWe’re looking for a talented Visual/Graphic Designer with 2–5 years of experience who can confidently take a brief and turn it into impactful visuals across print, digital, and branding projects. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with strategists, copywriters, and developers to bring creative ideas to life. Responsibilities* Conceptualize and design marketing collateral for both digital and print* Work on brand identity, packaging, UI layouts, social media creatives, and presentation decks* Collaborate with the creative and account teams to develop visually engaging solutions* Maintain a strong attention to detail and deliver high-quality design work within deadlines* Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and tools* Ensure all work aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and strategyRequirements* 2–5 years of design experience in a creative/advertising agency* Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, and digital work* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI. * Understanding of layout, typography, and visual balance* Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and storyboarding is a plus* Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback* Proactive mindset, ability to manage multiple projects, and work well in a team Bonus if you have:* Experience with AI or UI UX* Knowledge of print production processes* Interest in conceptual thinking and creative strategy
