Job description-

Skills Required- Infor LX/BPCS Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Upgrade Management: Lead and execute upgrades from Infor LX versions 8.3.5 and earlier, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Customization Analysis: Evaluate existing customizations, advising on retention or phase-out based on new version capabilities.
• Client Collaboration: Understand client needs, communicate benefits of upgrades, and optimize business processes.
• Modernization Support: Assist in transitioning legacy systems to cloud-based solutions using Infor IDF and Ion.
• Documentation & Reporting: Develop upgrade roadmaps, customization assessments, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and tech teams to meet project goals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Infor LX in a functional/business analyst role, with expertise in upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of Infor LX’s supply chain, manufacturing, and finance functions.
• Client-focused, with excellent communication and business acumen.
• Familiarity with IBMi-to-cloud migration and Infor’s tech stack, including IDF and Ion.
