Position : Golang Developer - Team Lead

Location : Pune (Hybrid)

Employment Type : Full-time

Experience Required : 4+ years of total experience, including 3+ years in Golang development and 1+ year in team leadership

We are seeking an experienced Golang Developer Team Lead to drive the design and development of high-performance backend systems while leading and mentoring a team of talented developers. In this role, you will architect scalable solutions, oversee project delivery, and foster a collaborative team environment. If you have a passion for Golang, expertise in microservices and cloud technologies, and a proven track record of leadership, we'd love to have you on board

Key Responsibilities :


Leadership and Team Management :


- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Golang developers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain code quality.

Technical Expertise :


- Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable backend systems using Golang.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Integrate with third-party APIs and microservices.

Project Management :


- Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and tracking project deliverables.

- Address technical challenges and troubleshoot production issues when needed.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement :


- Stay updated with the latest trends in Golang and related technologies.

- Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices in development Skills and Qualifications :


- Proven experience in building scalable, high-performance applications using Golang.


- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.


- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).


- Proficiency with databases (SQL and NoSQL).


- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.


- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.



- Strong communication and team collaboration Qualifications :


- Experience in leading geographically distributed teams.


- Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Angular) is a plus.


- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
