Area Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Anic Consultants. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in various locations across India.

About the Role

  • Work with one of India's leading marketers in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business.
  • Contribute to the success of a vibrant product portfolio featuring world-class FMCG brands that are market leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales teams in Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, and Cochin.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales growth.
  • Manage distributor and channel relationships to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive trade marketing and sales development initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, consumer segments, and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • MBA with 5+ years of FMCG sales experience and exposure to GT/MT channels.
  • Strong knowledge of distributors/channel management and FMCG industry expertise.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in local languages and geography.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and team management.
