Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, customize Salesforce applications, and ensure the scalability and efficiency of our Salesforce platform.


Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customize Salesforce applications to optimize user experience and streamline business processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and recommend enhancements to our Salesforce platform.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification is required.
  • Minimum of (6-10) years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Community Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git version control, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
