TheTata Groupoperates in over 100 countries across six continents, guided by the mission“To improve the quality of life of the communities we serve globally, through long-term stakeholder value creation based on leadership with trust.”Role:Pricing Expert – Semiconductor Assembly & Test Location:Vemagal, Karnataka Experience:5–8 years (Semiconductor Assembly & Test pricing background mandatory)Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintainpricing models and frameworksspecific to semiconductor assembly and test services and products. Analyzemarket trends, competitor pricing, cost structures , andcustomer segmentsto recommend optimal pricing strategies. Collaborate closely withSales, Engineering, Operations, and Financeteams to gather data and validate pricing assumptions. Support the Sales team withpricing proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations , ensuring alignment with company policies and margin targets. Monitor and trackpricing performance and profitability metrics ; provide actionable insights and reports to senior management. Leadpricing reviews and updatesin response to changes in raw material costs, process improvements, and competitive dynamics. Participate incross-functional projectsrelated to product launches, cost reductions, and market expansions. Ensure alignment withglobal pricing policies , regulatory standards, and compliance requirements. Providetraining and supportto Sales and customer-facing teams on pricing strategies and value communication.Qualifications Essential: Undergraduate degree – B.E./B.Tech, B.Com, or BBA Proven experience inSemiconductor Assembly & Test pricing Preferred: Post-graduation – MBA (Finance), CMA, or CA
