Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Lead to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET Core, Angular, ReactJS, and AWS, with proven leadership capabilities to guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions.Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using .NET Core and modern front-end frameworks.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.- Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines on AWS.- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose their adoption when beneficial.Required Skills & Qualifications : - Minimum 8 years of experience in software development.- Strong expertise in .NET Core and C#.- Hands-on experience with Angular and ReactJS.- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.- Experience with version control systems like Git.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
