Job Summary :


We are seeking a seasoned Python Full Stack Developer with significant exposure to Azure Databricks and experience spanning the full modern data lifecycle. The ideal candidate excels at building and optimizing scalable data analytics platforms - combining strong backend Python development, advanced SQL skills, and familiarity with contemporary web frameworks and cloud architectures. This position will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, production-grade data and analytics solutions for high-impact financial and risk management applications.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable applications and data pipelines using Core Python and PySpark in Azure Databricks.


- Implement RESTful APIs and web services with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.


- Integrate, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL for advanced analytics and reporting tasks.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design web-based user interfaces, preferably using React and related JavaScript technologies.


- Architect and optimize job workflows, notebooks, Delta Lake integration, and Unity Catalog within Azure Databricks for seamless data orchestration.


- Work with various Azure cloud components, including Functions, App Service, and Containers, to ensure end-to-end application reliability and security.


- Partner with product, domain experts, and risk management teams to translate requirements into efficient data solutions.


- Ensure all developed systems comply with company coding standards and performance best practices.


- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, continuously enhancing system robustness and scalability.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


Must-Have :


- 8 - 14 years of hands-on experience in Python development, including full stack application and data pipeline design.


- Proven expertise with PySpark and Azure Databricks environment: notebooks, repo integration, job workflows, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog.


- Strong experience in SQL and handling complex data analytics tasks.


- Proficiency with at least one Python web framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI).


- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and deploying applications on Azure infrastructure.


- Working knowledge of JavaScript technologies, preferably React.


- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a track record of stable, scalable solutions.


- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote and onsite teams.


- Maximum notice period: 30 Financial domain expertise, especially in risk management analytics.


- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerization in cloud environments.


- Exposure to data governance and security best practices.


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
