SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant Location:India | Remote Type:ContractWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) Consultant for a Germany-based organization to support and enhance our clients' performance management processes. Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain Performance & Goals Management forms, templates, and route maps. Optimise existing PMGM processes and support enhancement requests. Requirements: Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM configuration and template design. Solid understanding of performance-cycle management and goal-setting processes.
