Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer with expertise in Solana and Web3.js. You will design, develop, and deploy decentralized applications (dApps) on Solana and other blockchains. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Solana's Web3.js framework, smart contract development in Rust, and a solid understanding of DeFi protocols. This role offers the chance to work on innovative projects that impact our clients and contribute to the advancement of blockchain technology.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy smart contracts on Solana using Web3.js.  
  • Design and implement decentralized applications (dApps) on Solana using Rust, Anchor Framework, and Solana SDKs.  
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.  
  • Ensure security and compliance with blockchain standards.  
  • Build and maintain decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, including lending/borrowing systems, liquidity pools, and staking mechanisms.  
  • Build and integrate NFT functionalities, including minting, trading, and management.


Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in blockchain development and decentralized applications.  
  • 3+ years of experience with Solana and its frameworks (Solana Web3.js, Anchor).  
  • Expertise in Rust, Golang, JavaScript/TypeScript, Anchor Framework, and Solana SDKs.  
  • Strong understanding of Web3 frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).  
  • Proficiency with multiple blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Polkadot).  
  • Experience in smart contract development on Solana or similar platforms (e.g., Ethereum using Solidity).


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Git and strong problem-solving skills.  
  • Familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps) and wallet integration (e.g., Phantom).  
  • Knowledge of DevOps and cloud infrastructure tools like AWS, Terraform, and Docker.  
  • Understanding of DeFi auditing standards and formal verification.  
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies like React for seamless integration of blockchain functionality.  
  • Strong understanding of cryptography, decentralized networks, and consensus algorithms.
