Job Description –

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our PMO-SAP department in the delivery domain. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of relevant experience and a strong track record of successfully managing SAP S/4 HANA projects.

Desired Skills –

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 12-15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA projects.
  • Must have minimum two full end to end cycle of Project management experience in managing Greenfield or Brownfield S/4 HANA project.
  • Very well adept in using SAP project management framework as SAP Activate, and tools and technologies including SAP Solman/ CALM, MS Project, Jira and others.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Must have experience in managing large internal and partner teams based of multi-location, multi geography and hybrid delivery.
  • Must have experience in project reporting including Monthly review and Steering committee meetings.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
  • Must have Experience in the SAP business domain including niche technology and framework as BTP, RISE with SAP

Roles and Responsibilities –

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of S/4 HANA projects within the delivery domain.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
  • Monitor project progress and manage risks and issues effectively.
  • Communicate project status, key milestones, and risks to stakeholders regularly.
  • Manage project budget and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.

Academic Background –

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

Industry Experience:

  • Prior experience in project management, specifically in SAP S/4 HANA projects, is required.
  • Exposure to Metal and Mining domain is a plus

Selected candidates

  • Will be required to work from Noida/Kolkata/Pune as base location in hybrid format.
  • Will be required to go for domestic / international travel depending on the nature of projects milestone / business need.
