Position: Workday Studio Integration Lead / Senior ConsultantExperience: 4+ Years Location: PAN IndiaRole Summary We are hiring aWorkday Studio Integration Lead(orSenior Consultant) to design, develop, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations (HCM/Finance) usingWorkday Studio,EIB,Core Connectors,APIs, and more. You will lead technical integration efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide junior developers to ensure high-quality deliveries.Key Responsibilities Lead integration design and implementation forWorkdayand external systems (ERP, payroll, 3rd-party apps) usingWorkday Studio,EIB,APIs, and Document Transformation. Build reusable frameworks and best practices forWorkday Studiointegrations. Collaborate with functional teams to define integration requirements and data transformation logic. Create technical design documents (HLD, LLD, Interface Specs, etc.). Review design/code, ensuring adherence to standards. Lead development, unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning. SupportSIT,UAT, resolve defects, and oversee post-production issues. Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing. Drive adoption of new Workday features likeWorkday ExtendandOrchestrate. Contribute to pre-sales activities and client discussions. Ideal Candidate 4+ years of experience withWorkday Studiointegrations andHCM/Financemodules. Strong expertise in integrating external systems usingWorkday Studio,APIs,EIB, and Core Connectors.
