We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team on-site in Gurgaon for a 6-month contractual engagement.

If youre hands-on with ITSM/ITAM modules, integrations, and scripting we want to connect with you

Role Responsibilities :


- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, etc.)

- Develop custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI actions

- Work on integrations via REST, SOAP, MID Server, and web services

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, demo sessions, and UAT

- Support incident, change, problem management, and catalogue configurations

- Stay current with platform capabilities and apply best practices

Requirements :

- 4- 6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development & administration

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Jelly scripting

- Expertise in ITSM/ITAM module implementations and maintenance

- Experience in ServiceNow App Engine Studio, Update Sets, APIs, Integration Hub

- Exposure to Agile delivery and strong problem-solving skills

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD) preferred
