- Assist in the end-to-end coordination of vendor risk assessments, including sending out questionnaires (e.g., SIG, CAIQ), tracking responses, and collecting supporting documentation.
- Perform initial reviews of vendor-submitted information and evidence, identifying completeness and consistency issues.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of due diligence meetings between vendors and internal subject matter experts.
- Maintain accurate records of assessment progress and findings.
- Accurately input and update vendor data, assessment results, risk findings, and mitigation plans within the ServiceNow TPRM or Risk Management modules.

- Collaborate effectively with various internal teams, including Procurement, Legal, Information Security, IT, and business units, to gather necessary vendor information and validate data.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and third-party vendors during the assessment and remediation phases.
- Assist in monitoring key third-party risk metrics and indicators, identifying any deviations or emerging risk trends.
- Promptly escalate identified issues, potential non-compliance, or significant risk exposures to senior TPRM analysts or management for further action.
- Actively participate in internal and external training and development sessions to enhance your knowledge of TPRM best practices, risk frameworks, cybersecurity, data privacy, and ServiceNow functionalities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of TPRM processes and procedures by providing feedback and suggesting enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 - 4 years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, vendor management, or GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) roles.
