Why Join IDX?- Not Just Any Brands : See your work come to life for iconic brands like Vodafone, Rolls Royce and Diageo.- Collaborative Spirit : Work alongside passionate innovators who share your thirst for progress.- Continuous Learning : Grow your skills with ongoing training, mentorship, and the freedom to experiment.- Fast Paced & Fun : Thrive in a dynamic environment where big ideas and bold action collide.- Cutting-Edge Technology : Play with the latest analytics tools, use AR to build immersive digital events, and explore the future of brand storytelling.- Global Presence : We get it done morning, day and night with offices across multiple time zones.Our Perks : - 29 paid annual leave days.- 10 Festival holidays (including 1 optional Holiday for your special day through the year).- Family Insurance Plan.- Accident Insurance Plan.- Regular Wellness Sessions.- Regular Rewards & Recognition.- Opportunity to participate in CSR.- Opportunity to participate and involve in Cultural and Sporting Events.The Gig : - Architect and implement multi-tier, multi-server environments on AWS.- Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows-based web servers.- Build and secure VPCs, subnets, routing, VPN, peering, and firewall/security groups.- Lead cloud migration, modernization, and performance optimization projects.- Design and implement infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.- Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes (EKS preferred).- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents and provide permanent resolution.- Provide accurate effort estimation and assist in project planning.- Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and timely delivery.- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Required Skills : - Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, ELB, VPC, Route53, CloudWatch, etc.- Advanced expertise in Linux server administration (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS) and solid knowledge of Windows servers.- Proven experience in designing scalable, fault-tolerant cloud architectures.- In-depth knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, VPN, etc.- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).- Strong experience with Docker & Kubernetes (EKS) for container orchestration.- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.- Experience in incident management, RCA reporting, and service improvement plans.- Ability to manage teams, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure quality delivery.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.Preferred Qualifications : - AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional/Associate) or equivalent.- Experience with monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).- Hands-on experience in cost estimation, capacity planning, and workload optimization.
