You’ll work with diverse datasets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities- Design and develop end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, Kinesis, and Airflow - Leverage AWS services like S3, Redshift, RDS, DynamoDB, EMR, Athena, and Lake Formation - Write and optimize Python code for data processing and automation (PySpark experience preferred) - Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) - Implement data modeling, warehousing, and governance best practices - Monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and cost of data infrastructure - Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineering teams - Maintain clear technical documentation and stay updated with AWS innovations.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field - 6–8 years of hands-on experience in data engineering on AWS - Strong proficiency in Python and AWS data services - Expertise in MS SQL Server and other databases - Experience with orchestration tools like Step Functions and Airflow - Solid understanding of data lakes, warehousing, and ETL/ELT methodologies - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
