As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis — driving insights that support strategic business decisions.If you enjoy problem-solving, working with numbers, and partnering with cross-functional teams to create impact, this is the right role for you.Key Responsibilities:Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cyclesConduct variance analysis and identify key business driversPrepare and automate management reports and dashboardsPartner with business teams to provide data-driven financial insightsWork closely with cross-functional teams on financial planning initiativesDevelop and maintain models in Excel and Power BI for analysis and reportingRequired Skills & Attributes:Strong understanding of FP&A processes — budgeting, forecasting, variance analysisAdvanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI preferredExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldCA / MBA (Finance) preferred2–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, business finance, or strategic analysis
