Manager - Social Media (US & India United We Care:

We're looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and help us expand our impact in both the US and Indian markets.


What You'll Do:


Strategic Storytelling:


- Develop and execute a compelling social media strategy that resonates with diverse audiences across the US and India.


- Your campaigns will weave together stories of hope, resilience, and support, fostering a community that's engaged and informed about mental health.

Content Innovation:


- Create and curate high-quality content that ranges from informative posts and engaging videos to live Q&A sessions and interactive stories.


- Your goal will be to educate, engage, and elevate the conversations around mental health.

Data-Driven Engagement:


- Utilize analytics tools to track performance, optimize strategies, and drive social media efforts that lead to real engagement and measurable results.


- You will tailor content to the nuances of each market, understanding cultural sensitivities and preferences.

Community Cultivation:


- Build and nurture an online community where individuals feel safe to share their experiences and seek support.


- You'll act not just as a manager, but as a moderator, cheerleader, and advocate for mental wellness.

Collaborative Work closely with influencers, mental health professionals, and advocacy groups to amplify our message and broaden our reach.


- Your campaigns will help destigmatize mental health issues and promote accessible care.


Who You Are:

- A compassionate communicator with a deep understanding of the cultural landscapes in the US and India.

- Experienced in social media management, preferably in the health care and technology sectors.

- Adept at using major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and analytics tools.

- Creative and empathetic, with a talent for crafting messages that resonate on a personal level as well as enterprise level
