Job Role: IT Support Associate

Located in East of Kailash, New Delhi, we seek a skilled professional to fill the role of IT Support Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure employee computer systems to ensure seamless performance.
  • Respond promptly to employees' IT support requests, addressing their concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Maintain effective communication with employees to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
  • Provide technical support both on-site and via remote-access systems, ensuring minimal disruption to work.
  • Offer tailored solutions that meet employees' needs, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Repair hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems in a timely manner.
  • Prioritize maintaining good employee relations, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and manage work records accurately, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Compile job reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • 1-3 years of in-house experience as an IT Support engineer for organizations with over 100 employees.
  • Proven work experience as a technical support engineer, demonstrating expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with web services, API, and IP-based protocols.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration.
  • Able to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear conveyance of information.
  • Critical thinking ability, driving innovative solutions to challenges.
