Strong expertise in configuring and customizing Maximo modules (Work Order, Asset, Inventory, Procurement, etc.). Develop and maintain workflows, escalations, automation scripts, and BIRT reports. Perform system administration tasks including user setup, security groups, domains, and cron jobs. Participate in Maximo implementations, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning. Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST APIs, web services, and middleware for integrations. Proficiency in Java, SQL, and scripting languages (JavaScript, Jython). Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective Maximo solutions. Create documentation, user manuals, and deliver end-user training. Familiarity with cloud deployments (IBM Maximo Application Suite on AWS/Azure) is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; IBM Maximo certification preferred.
