Deployment : Deploy and manage Nexthink Collectors across enterprise devices while ensuring data privacy and security.Incident Detection and Resolution: a. Use Nexthink to detect and diagnose IT issues b. Work with IT teams to resolve incidents promptly c. Proactive measures to prevent future incidentsReporting: a. Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators. b. Generate regular reports for stakeholders to provide insights into the IT environment. c. Customize reports to meet the needs of different departments and teamsUser Training and Support: a. Train IT support on how to use Nexthink effectively b. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for platform users c. Develop training materials and documentationGood to have: Compliance and Security: a.
