Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented Java Developer with expertise in Kafka to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable Java applications with Kafka integration. This role requires strong Java programming skills, deep understanding of Kafka architecture and messaging systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications with Kafka integration.

- Architect and implement Kafka-based solutions for real-time data processing, event-driven architectures, and microservices.

- Develop robust and scalable Kafka producers and consumers to handle high volumes of data.

- Optimize Kafka configurations for performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Integrate Kafka with other systems and technologies, such as databases, message queues, and streaming platforms.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize application performance.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments, ensuring timely resolution.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Kafka and distributed systems.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

- Hands on experience in Java , Kafka

- Extensive experience working with Kafka, including Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, and Kafka APIs.

- Proficiency in Java programming language, with hands-on experience in developing scalable, high-performance applications.

- Solid understanding of Kafka architecture, messaging patterns, and distributed systems concepts.

- Experience with data serialization formats like Avro, Protobuf, or JSON.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Flink, or other big data processing frameworks is desirable but not required.
