Required Skills & Qualifications :- 5 to 8 years in data/AI governance.- Knowledge of AI ethics, compliance frameworks.- Familiarity with ML lifecycle management tools.- Strong documentation and communication skills.Technical & Analytical Skills :- Familiarity with ML lifecycle management tools (e.g., MLflow, ModelDB, DataRobot).- Understanding of AI/ML algorithms, model validation, and performance monitoring.- Deep understanding of AI ethics, fairness, transparency, and accountability.- Familiarity with global regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO standards).- Experience implementing responsible AI frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles).Key Responsibilities :- Define and implement AI governance processes.- Monitor bias, explainability, and fairness.- Maintain model audit trails and documentation.- Collaborate with compliance teams.- Develop and maintain governance frameworks for AI/ML initiatives.- Establish policies for responsible AI use across the organization.- Maintain Model Audit Trails and Documentation- Track model lineage, versioning, and performance metrics.- Document decisions made during model development and deployment.- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Data Teams- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).- Partner with data scientists and engineers to embed governance into the ML lifecycle.- Risk Assessment and Mitigation- Identify potential risks associated with AI systems (e.g., ethical, reputational, in tools like : - Governance platforms : Collibra, OneTrust, BigID- ML Ops tools : MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker- Bias & fairness tools : IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool (ref:hirist.tech)
