Train and Deploy ML models at scale Make architectural and design decisions that impact scalability, performance, and reliability. Lead and mentor a small team of developers; instill best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Drive DevOps & infrastructure choices (AWS, Docker, GPU servers for ML inference, Github.). Partner with the founder (current acting CTO) and step into leadership of technical roadmap planning and R&D. Collaborate with product, sales, and customers to deliver features that create clear business value. Champion security, compliance, and reliability across the platform.Our Tech Stack Backend: Python, FastAPI, Celery, REST APIs Data & Search: MySQL, OpenSearch, Redis/Valkey Frontend/Design: React, Next.js, Tailwind, Framer Motion, Figma Infrastructure: Docker Swarm, AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, n8n ML/AI: NVIDIA GPUs, Triton inference server, custom models Workflows: Celery distributed tasksTechnical Requirements 8+ years experience in software engineering with a track record of shipping SaaS products. Strong expertise in Python, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures. Deep experience in databases, caching, queues, and search at scale. Comfort with AWS services, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with machine learning pipelines, GPU inference Experience with Image/Video processing at scale is a plusLeadership & Soft Skills Clear communicator and a strong sense of ownership Able to work with Startup Hustle — thrives in a fast-moving environment that values delivery speed, ambiguity, teamwork, and multi-hat ownership.
