Description : Role : HCM Techno Functional Systems Consultant (Oracle HCM Cloud)Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled HCM Techno Functional Systems Consultant with senior-level expertise to lead the operational support and enhancement of an Oracle HCM Cloud application. This pivotal role involves active partnership with Human Resource groups, IT leaders, and vendors. The Consultant will serve as the primary subject matter expert, planning and performing complex system configuration, diagnosing and resolving complex L2/L3 incidents, managing vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, and driving continuous improvement for enterprise systems within the HR domain.Essential Responsibilities : Technical and Functional Support Leadership : - Provide expert operational support by collaborating with technical and project team leaders to resolve system problems and application-specific issues.- Plan and perform complex system configuration within Oracle HCM Cloud and lead the deployment of hardware and software changes into production and non-production environments by performing rigorous impact analyses.- Monitor the service of first and second level support for enterprise systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex incidents to minimize system issues.- Provide complex application-oriented administration and technical support for production and non-production environments.Vendor Management and Performance : - Establish an Active partnership with the Prod-Support-Ops team to provide key insights on vendor-partner service delivery performance.- Hold vendor-partner teams accountable to contractual SLAs, KPIs, and other performance standards.- Lead efforts to resolve Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) and ensure vendor-partners adhere to KP-ITIL operational standards.- Expose operational barriers and bottlenecks to performance and provide 360 feedback mechanisms for continuous success.System Stability and Improvement : - Manage the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems by performing complex systems analysis to identify problems, trends, and opportunities for improvement.- Develop guidelines to prevent and/or resolve recurring problems and recommend and execute complex performance tuning and optimization activities.- Evaluate new complex application packages and identify anticipated systems requirements for planning purposes.Documentation and Communication : - Create complex documentation of new and existing system configuration and procedural information and support others in ensuring system configurations documentation is complete and accurate.- Communicate with product users and suppliers to share information, identify opportunities, resolve problems, and prioritize requirements.- Escalate unresolved or critical issues, risks, or problems to system engineers and management, ensuring timely resolution.Minimum Qualifications : Total Experience : Minimum eleven (11) years total work experience in IT or operations (or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field + Minimum eight (8) years working in IT or operations).HCM Functional & Technical : Minimum four (4) years technical AND functional experience in : - Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Configuration, Customization).- HCM extracts (Design and troubleshooting).- Reporting tools (Oracle BIP).- System integrations.Production Support : Minimum five (5) years experience in end-to-end application production support.Leadership : Minimum two (2) years in a lead role working with IT or operational teams.Preferred Qualifications : Application Administration : Five (5) years experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications or software packages.Senior Interaction : Two (2) years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).Matrixed Leadership : Three (3) years experience in a leadership role of a large matrixed organization.Vendor Management : Three (3) years experience working with IT vendors.Documentation : Five (5) years experience writing documentation or standard operating procedures related to system administration.Consulting Skills : Excellent at working with Clients and gathering requirements, providing solutions according to & Troubleshooting : Excellent communication and collaboration with team and clients and Excellent troubleshooting skills.HCM Techno Functional Systems Consultant (Oracle HCM Cloud) (ref:hirist.tech)
