The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions usingSales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Flows . You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet business requirements and drive value. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions usingSales CloudandService Cloud . Build and maintainFlows ,Apex Classes ,LWC Components , and other declarative/programmable solutions. Develop and customize functionality fortechnician flows ,quote flows ,APIs , andcommunication triggers . Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs. Ensure best practices in coding, testing, documentation, and deployment within the Salesforce platform. Lead or support solution architecture reviews and participate in sprint planning and code reviews. Work with integration teams to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems and platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications 5 to 8 yearsof hands-on Salesforce development experience. Proficient inApex ,Lightning Web Components (LWC) ,Visualforce , andSOQL/SOSL . Strong experience in buildingFlows(record-triggered, screen flows, etc.) and custom logic. Hands-on experience withSales CloudandService Cloud . Familiarity withREST/SOAP APIs , integration patterns, and external data handling. Experience withCI/CD , version control (e.g., Git), and Salesforce DX is a plus. Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder). Preferred Attributes Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work independently and manage project priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles is a plus.
