Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Lead with a strong background in Angular to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of .NET technologies and extensive experience with Angular frameworks.

As a lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development team, designing, and implementing robust applications, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and technical solutions.

Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications using .NET technologies and Angular.

Architecture and Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, design system architecture, and ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

Code Quality: Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Project Management: Participate in project planning, estimation, and scheduling, and oversee the successful delivery of software projects.

Collaboration: Work closely with other teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver seamless and user-friendly applications.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve processes and practices.


Required Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in full stack development with at least 2 years in a lead role.


Technical Skills:

Proficiency in .NET technologies including ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.

Strong experience with Angular (versions 8+), including components, services, and state management.

Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.

Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a development team, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
