Role Description:


We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our team at Magnum Constructions. As a 3D Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and realistic designs for architectural projects. Your expertise as an Architect or Civil Engineer, coupled with your proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit, will be instrumental in bringing our clients' visions to life.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and design objectives.
  • Create detailed 3D models and renderings of architectural designs, interior spaces, and building structures.
  • Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit software to develop accurate and visually appealing 3D designs.
  • Incorporate lighting, textures, materials, and other elements to create realistic and immersive visualizations.
  • Present and communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and software advancements in 3D design.



Qualifications

  • Experience in creating technical drawings, working drawings, and architectural drawings.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-2 year experience as a 3D Designer, Architect, or Civil Engineer.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building structures, and construction methods.
  • Ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and problem-solving skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing your previous 3D design projects and proficiency in relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of construction industry standards and practices
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in drawing production
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Experience in construction projects is preferred
