Role : Specialist - Bioanalysis (In Vitro DMPK) Job Location : Bengaluru As a Specialist, you will be the technical expert for all in vitro bioanalytical activities, ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of ADME data to support drug discovery and development projects. Key Responsibilities: LC-MS/MS Mastery: Serve as the subject matter expert for the operation, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of LC-MS/MS instruments used for ADME sample analysis. Bioanalytical Execution: Plan, execute, and analyze a diverse range of in vitro ADME Assays , including: Permeability Studies: Cell-based models (e.g., Caco-2, MDCK) and non-cell-based assays (PAMPA). Metabolic Stability: Assays such as Hepatocyte and Microsomal stability, and CYP-Inhibition. Physicochemical & Stability: High-throughput solubility, Plasma, Buffer, SGF, and SIF stability assessments. Project Flow Optimization: Maintain and optimize the bioanalytical project workflow to ensure efficient throughput and meet all study timelines. Physicochemical Profiling: Lead the execution of Kinetic solubility, Thermodynamic solubility, and Chromatographic Log D studies. Metabolite Identification (MET-ID): Analyze MET-ID samples and prepare detailed, comprehensive reports. Team Leadership: Act as a mentor, providing hands-on training and technical guidance to junior team members on various bioanalytical techniques and protocols. Qualifications & Experience: Qualification: M. Pharma Experience: 8 to 15 years of direct, relevant experience in bioanalysis, with a strong focus on DMPK/ADME studies , preferably within a pharmaceutical or CRO setting. Technical Skills: Must be highly proficient and well-versed in handling and executing bioanalytical assays using LC-MS/MS technology . Ready to Apply?
