Our products consistently perform on leading marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Big Basket, and we’re rapidly expanding offline with partners like Nature's Basket, Reliance Retail, and Noble Plus.Designation: BI Analyst (Database Focus)Location: BangaloreAbout the Role:We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong SQL expertise to join our Business Intelligence team. The role will focus on analyzing large datasets, generating insights, and building reports that support decision-making across multiple teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations).Key Responsibilities:Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources.Identify data gaps, validate accuracy, and ensure consistency across reports.Create, refine, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes that pull data from various sources and prepare it for analysisDevelop and maintain data models that ensure the accuracy, integrity, and structure of business data used for reporting and dashboardsCollaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to translate business needs into technical requirements and BI solutions (like dashboards, reports, or data pipelines)Document BI processes, provide technical support to users, and participate in continuous improvements for BI platformsWhat We’re Looking For:Strong proficiency in SQL (query optimization, joins, window functions, aggregations),Hands-on experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Solid understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and business metricsProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for quick analysis.Ability to troubleshoot data issues, ensure data integrity, and maintain data security standardsExcellent communication skills to work with multiple teams and present findings effectively.Nice to Have:Experience with Python or R for data analysis.Exposure to ETL pipelines and data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery)Knowledge of business domains like e-commerce, marketing analytics, or financeWho You Are: Detail-oriented and data-driven.Comfortable working with large datasets.Able to translate data into meaningful business insights.A strong collaborator who enjoys working with cross-functional stakeholders.
