Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Rice Lab Analyst at our facility in Mainpuri. The primary responsibilities include performing quality control tests, operating laboratory equipment, conducting sample analyses, calibrating lab instruments, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires close collaboration with the production and quality assurance teams to ensure product standards are met and exceeded. Qualifications Proficiency in Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data accuratelyExperience with Laboratory Equipment and Laboratory SkillsExpertise in Quality Control procedures and processesKnowledge of Calibration and maintenance of lab instrumentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to product qualityBachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field is preferredPrior experience in the food processing industry is an advantageAbility to work independently and as part of a team
