Outbound Marketing Executive

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing outbound marketing campaigns and generating leads, to strengthen our brand presence and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, , Facebook, etc.).
- Optimize campaign performance through data-driven analysis and A/B testing.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert qualified leads.
- Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads and support conversion efforts.
- Plan and manage PadCare’s participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accurate tracking of outbound marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness
.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, and paid campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Campaign Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for networking and event representation.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
