Description : This is 12 year contractAbout the Role : Were seeking skilled Java Backend Engineers to join our fast-growing technology team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, cloud-native backend services built on Java or Scala.Youll work with modern technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable microservices that power mission-critical enterprise applications.This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, agile environment, driving the development of robust backend systems that handle complex business processes at scale.Open Positions : We are hiring across multiple experience levels. Core responsibilities remain consistent, with technical scope and ownership scaling by seniority.Senior Software Engineer : Core Tech Stack : - Java or Scala- AWS- Kubernetes- Terraform- Jenkins (or equivalent CI/CD tools)Mid-Level Software Engineer : Core Tech Stack : - Java or Scala- AWS- Kubernetes (preferred) OR Docker / other containerization tools- Terraform (nice to have if experienced in containerization)- Jenkins (or equivalent CI/CD tools)Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement tier-1 microservices using Java or Scala.- Build and maintain asynchronous, cloud-native systems for large-scale data processing and transformation.- Contribute to technical design discussions and participate in architecture reviews to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.- Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance standards.- Collaborate within an Agile/SCRUM framework including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.- Provide on-call production support for critical services on a rotational basis.- Take end-to-end ownership of features from design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.- Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready features.- Stay current with emerging technologies and tools to continuously improve system design and efficiency.Tech Environment : : Java, ScalaCloud : AWSContainers & Orchestration : Kubernetes, DockerInfrastructure as Code : TerraformCI/CD : Jenkins (GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar)Architecture : MicroservicesWhy Join Us : - Build and scale modern, cloud-native systems used globally.- Work in a collaborative, high-performing Agile team that values technical excellence.- Gain exposure to end-to-end software delivery and enterprise-grade architecture.- Opportunity to grow into leadership or specialist roles based on performance.
