At DnC Studio, we prioritize a unified vision and strive to ensure outcomes align with the original design intent.Role Description We are seeking a Mid-Senior Level Architect for a full-time hybrid role based in Pune. The Architect will manage architectural design processes, oversee projects from inception to execution, alongside the Principal Architect and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Tasks include conceptualizing and developing designs, coordination of site and drawings, communications with multiple stakeholders and ensuring the quality of work aligns with set Project goals.Qualifications Strong foundation in Architectural Design Experience in Integration for design and project planning Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, including time & cost management Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and related tools Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, adept at Research in design Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Master's degree in related field is a plus Experience managing Architectural projects Willing to work in a hybrid setting Residential and commercial Architectural design and execution experience Well-versed with bye-laws and norms for Real estate development Ace at visual and verbal communications Willing to work in a lean, unconventional, dynamic set-up
