Position Overview:

The Head of Paid Campaigns will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid digital campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, , and other social media channels. The ideal candidate will be able to show growth in sales through strategies devised and implemented, have a strong proficiency and in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and paid social media, demonstrating the ability to manage and analyze campaigns to maximize ROI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive paid digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

  • PPC Management:

Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.

Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management to improve campaign performance.

Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, adjusting strategies to meet performance goals.

  • Paid Social Media Management:

Design and execute paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, , Twitter, and others.

Develop engaging ad creatives and copy tailored to target audiences.

Utilize audience targeting and retargeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Analytics and Reporting:

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.

Use analytical tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to measure campaign success and ROI.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting campaign outcomes and future strategies.

Educate and mentor team members or clients on the importance of ROI in campaign strategies and performance evaluation.

  • Budget Management:

Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and goal attainment.

Conduct regular budget reviews and adjustments based on performance data.

  • Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the marketing team, creative team, and external vendors to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in managing PPC and paid social media campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Facebook Insights, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
