Location: Kolkata (Hybrid during establishment, On-site from Jan 2026)Job Type: Full-timeWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Administrator to lead the configuration, optimization, and daily management of our Salesforce platform. This role supports Sales, Service, and operational teams by delivering scalable solutions, ensuring data quality, maintaining platform security, and driving adoption across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and optimize Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, record types, Lightning pages, and declarative automations.Design, build, and maintain Flows, validation rules, and approval processes.Manage security architecture: profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.Develop and enhance reports and dashboards for business insights and leadership metrics.Ensure data quality via data governance, deduplication, imports, and mass updates.Support release cycles, deployments, and metadata changes in coordination with DevOps/engineering teams.Monitor org health, performance, storage, API usage, and platform limits.Provide user support, troubleshooting, documentation, and ongoing training.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.Assist with integrations and Connected Apps, partnering with developers and IT as needed.Qualifications4–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.Strong expertise in Salesforce Flow, security, permissions, and reporting.Proficiency with Data Loader and mass data operations.Experience supporting release processes Git/CI/CD.Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Admin or App Builder preferred.Understanding of SOQL, SOSL and platform architecture.Work ArrangementImmediate onboarding preferred (within 2 weeks maximum).Until our Kolkata office is fully established, work from home with a stable internet connection in a quiet environment.From January 2026: On-site work from our Kolkata office (with occasional work-from-home flexibility).Candidates can email their CVs to hr@finguruindia.com.
