We are looking for an experienced Storyline Developer to join our dynamic eLearning team.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing engaging and interactive eLearning modules using various tools and technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and design eLearning modules using rapid eLearning tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, and other similar tools.
  2. Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, and subject matter experts to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
  3. Ensure the final deliverables are aligned with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  4. Work with various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS).
  5. Maintain and update eLearning content as needed.
  6. Troubleshoot technical issues related to eLearning courses and modules.
  7. Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in the eLearning industry.


Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in developing eLearning content using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.
  2. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in multimedia software like Adobe Photoshop; knowledge of Adobe Flash is a plus.
  3. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  4. Client Interaction: Confidence in presenting and explaining ideas to clients and colleagues.
  5. Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and work within project budgets.
  6. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of LMS, LCMS, and SCORM/AICC standards is desirable.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with instructional design principles.
  • Knowledge of video editing and animation tools is an added advantage.
