Build, scale, and govern enterprise-grade design systems and UI standards. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams to align design with commercial and customer goals. Lead advanced user research, journey mapping, usability testing, and data-driven experience optimization. Drive personalization, conversion optimization, and customer engagement through experience design. Manage, mentor, and grow a team of UX designers, UI designers, and researchers. Establish best practices for accessibility, performance-focused design, and responsive experiences. Represent Design leadership in executive reviews and strategic planning forums.Experience & Qualifications 12+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or experience design. 5+ years of experience in leading and managing design teams. Strong experience in retail, e-commerce, CPG, or omnichannel customer experience platforms. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or related field. Proven experience building scalable design systems and driving enterprise-level UX transformations. Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, large-scale retail or consumer product experiences.
