Job Description :


Role Responsibilities :


- Manage the implementation and maintenance of the Kronos system.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users of Kronos.

- Generate and analyze various reports related to workforce management.

- Ensure accurate time and attendance tracking and processing.

- Collaborate with HR teams to integrate Kronos with existing HR systems.

- Perform system upgrades and modifications as necessary.

- Train new users on the functionalities of Kronos.

- Monitor compliance with laws and regulations related to time and attendance.

- Identify areas for process improvement within the Kronos system.

- Maintain data integrity within the Kronos application.

- Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users.

- Assist in payroll processing and troubleshooting payroll-related issues.

- Document system processes and create user manuals.

- Conduct audits of timekeeping practices to ensure compliance.

- Stay updated with our industrys best practices and software :


- Proven experience in managing Kronos software.

- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.

- Strong understanding of time and attendance policies.

- Experience in payroll processing and related software.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

- Experience with report generation and data analysis.

- Familiarity with compliance regulations regarding labor and payroll.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Relevant certifications in Kronos or workforce management are a plus.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite and data management software.

- Experience with HRIS software is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with various departments.
