Vastu Vihar (Technoculture Building Centre Pvt Ltd) is a company promoted by Technoculture Building Centre, an organization sponsored by the Ministry of Urban Development - Government of India. Vastu Vihar specializes in designing cost-effective building components using local materials and implementing housing projects for the urban and semi-urban middle-class citizens. With operations since 2001 in Bihar and Jharkhand, Vastu Vihar has expanded to six states and has completed over 14,000 housing units. This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer located in Gaya. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection. The Interior Designer will work closely with other team members to ensure design objectives are met and projects are completed successfully.
- Proficiency in space planning, architecture, and construction drawings
- Strong skills in interior design and FF&E selection
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and textiles
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Previous experience in residential or commercial design is a plus
